Can you provide more info on reproducing this error, which will help us in trying to solve it.

I upgraded my site from 7.1.1 to 7.1.2 and then this happened. What else do you need?

I have the same problem, any ideas how to solve such issue? or we should use the old version?

Sorry for the late reply.
The solution to this issue is in the Q&A thread here.
I am tied up with a project and am not able to spend time on this one. Soon I will pick this up and continue with this.

Solved ours as well, but I'm having issues editing questions. The tagging function is no longer accepting tags, and submitting an edit to a question demands a tag, so we can't edit.

I've checked the database, and the tags are not being added. However if I manually add tags, I can no longer submit at all. it seems that having a tag in the tag edit field prevents even throwing the tag required warning.
